Rustic View Farm is located on 43 acres in the beautiful Baraboo Bluffs  in Merrimac, Wi.

Owned by Dr. Dean and Wendy Meyer, it began in 1988 with the purchase of a Brunk & Government bred Morgan stallion, Maple Blaze. Our goal was to cross this talented stallion with many different bloodlines to produce versatile, athletic Morgans displaying breed type and dispositions that make the Morgan horse so popular today. We used the bloodlines of Carlyle Command, Tedwin Topic, Fieldmarch, Cajun Pepper, and Flyhawk to produce broodmares that would later be crossed with World Champions of today.

The Rustic V offspring have gone on to prove themselves successful in the showring, with Championships in many different divisions as well as Top Tens in the World.

We currently own 25 Morgans and are expecting two foals in 2005. We also maintain our facility for A.I., Embryo Transfer, Semen Collection and Evaluation, and Stallion Service.
